What can we offer?

LASER cutting

Cutting edge laser cutting machines – including tube cutting, and bevel head cutting. Material include: aluminium > 12mm, mild steel > 20mm, stainless steel >16mm

CNC Machining

A fully equipped tool room, allowing us to turn and mill to extremely tight tolerances ± 0.0001mm.

Finishing

We have a variety of in-house finishing capabilities and can also offer additional finishing services; shotblasting and chemical stripping, powder coating, wet spraying, zinc plating, anodising and galvanising.

CODED WELDING

ABTS offers a complete and professional welding service with significant experience in MIG, TIG and Spot welding across a vast range of ferrous and non-ferrous materials.
