We use the latest measurement and inspection technology to verify the quality and accuracy of all fabricated and machined items throughout production. Advanced metrology tools, including precision gauges and digital measuring equipment, are applied to confirm critical dimensions, tolerances, and surface finishes against design specifications. This approach ensures consistent results, allows early detection of any deviations, and supports full compliance with project requirements, delivering components that meet the highest standards of reliability and performance.
We use our Aberlink CMM to perform accurate, repeatable inspections of critical dimensions and features on finished components. By capturing precise measurement data and comparing results directly to engineering specifications, we ensure every product meets tolerance requirements and quality standards.
We use our Kreon Baces articulated measuring arm to accurately measure larger fabrications, checking critical dimensions, alignment, and overall geometry directly against engineering specifications. This allows us to verify fit-up and tolerances on big components, reduce rework, and ensure consistent quality before delivery.
