Working on HVAC Sector

HVAC

The HVAC industry relies on advanced technologies such as laser cutting, multi axis press brakes, and powder coating to enhance efficiency, precision, and durability. Laser cutting enables highly accurate fabrication of metal components, allowing for intricate designs and reduced material waste. Press brakes are then used to form these laser cut parts into their required forms for louvered enclosures, fabricated frameworks, associated bracketry and more.

Finally, powder coating provides a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that not only extends the life of components but also improves the aesthetic appeal. All together under one roof, these processes streamline production and ensure high-quality, long-lasting products.

The HVAC sector relies on durable, corrosion-resistant metal components for ventilation systems, heat exchangers, air-handling units, ductwork frameworks, mounting structures and plant-room equipment. ABTS provides HVAC manufacturers with highly repeatable, high-quality fabrication, machining and powder coating services suited to demanding indoor and outdoor environments.

Using our 4kW fibre laser, ABTS produces accurate sheet-metal parts from 0.3mm to 25mm+ thickness, supporting everything from thin-gauge ducting components to heavy-duty plant framework assemblies.

Precision forming, coded welding and assembly allow us to produce complex shapes required for HVAC housings, fan units, filter frames, access panels and bracket systems. Our experience with stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel means we can meet both hygiene-driven and structural requirements.

Powder coating is a significant advantage for HVAC applications. Our conveyor paint line offers anti-corrosion, anti-bacterial and textured finishes ideal for air-handling units, plant enclosures and externally mounted equipment.

Components up to 6m x 2m x 2m can be processed efficiently, supporting both one-off projects and high-volume manufacturing.

Typical HVAC components include:

  • Air-handling system housings
  • Filter and fan frames
  • Access doors and panels
  • External enclosures and plant housings
  • Structural mounting brackets
  • Machined plates and alignment hardware

With ISO-certified processes, strong traceability and integrated fabrication/finishing, ABTS is a reliable partner for HVAC OEMs seeking long-term supply chain stability and high-quality production.
