Our powder coating operation adds a durable, corrosion-resistant finish that enhances longevity and meets rigorous industry standards for environmental protection and electrical insulation.

Electrical enclosures require precision cutting, accurate forming, and durable finishing, all areas where ABTS delivers exceptional capability. We support enclosure manufacturers, switchgear producers, panel builders and OEMs across a range of sectors, including power distribution, automation, transport and utilities.
Our laser cutting and sheet-metal fabrication strengths allow us to produce enclosures ranging from lightweight aluminium housings to heavy-duty mild steel cabinets. Using our 4kW Trumpf fibre laser, we cut components up to 25mm+, ensuring both fine detail and clean edges that reduce downstream processing time.
Fabricated components are produced using CNC forming, precision welding (MIG, TIG and laser welding), and accurate assembly processes. This enables us to deliver enclosures with exact tolerances, properly aligned doors and hinge systems, and structurally solid frames suitable for indoor and outdoor environments.
With electrical enclosures, the finishing process is as important as the metalwork. ABTS’s automated powder coating line provides consistent surface quality and excellent corrosion resistance, available in the full range of RAL and BS colours. Our coatings include anti-corrosion, anti-graffiti, anti-bacterial, textured, matt, gloss, and metallic finishes, allowing customers to achieve both functional and aesthetic goals.
